Smart Search: Selected a random phrase like "login error"? We'll instantly run a smart JQL search in Jira for you. It's like magic!

Love the popup? Prefer a full tab? Now YOU choose.

Head to the settings and decide if you want Ticket360 to open as a sleek Popup (perfect for quick checks) or in a New Tab (great for deep dives).

Bonus: We've optimized the New Tab view to look absolutely stunning on wide screens. No more stretched-out text!
