What if every number in your Jira reports told a story?

10-minute manual filters into 10-second clicks. Reclaim 78 hours per year. Make better decisions faster.

Ticket360-v1.7.0

You're in a sprint review. Your VP points to the pivot table and asks, "Why do we have 15 issues stuck in Code Review for John?"

Before today, you'd scramble. Switch tabs. Build a new filter. Copy data. Fumble explanations.

Not anymore.

With Ticket360 v1.7.0, you simply click that number. A window opens showing exactly those 15 tickets. One more click, and you've copied them as a professional HTML table ready for your email.

Problem solved. In seconds.

The Problem: Data Without Context

Pivot tables are powerful—they summarize hundreds of tickets into clean rows and columns. But they're static. Lifeless. When you see "18 open issues for Sarah," you have no idea which 18 issues or why they're open.

You're forced to:

  • Manually filter in Jira

  • Remember complex JQL queries

  • Export everything, then manually filter in Excel

  • Waste 10+ minutes investigating simple questions

Your data has answers. But accessing them feels like archaeology.

The Solution: Every Number is a Gateway

Version 1.7.0 transforms your pivot tables from static summaries into interactive intelligence dashboards.

✨ What's New?

🔍 Click Any Cell to Drill Down

See "5 issues" at the intersection of Status: "In Progress" and Assignee: "John"? Click it. Instantly see those exact 5 tickets with full details—keys, summaries, priorities, everything.

📊 Row and Column Totals Are Alive

Click a row total (e.g., "25 Open Issues") to see all open issues across all assignees. Click a column total (e.g., "Sarah: 18 issues") to review her complete workload across all statuses.

🎯 Grand Total = Complete Dataset

Need to export everything? Click the grand total in the bottom-right corner. See all issues, copy as HTML, done.

💡 Visual Hints Guide You

Hover over any number, and a magnifying glass icon appears with a tooltip: "Click to view 5 issues". No guesswork. No hidden features.

How It Works: Effortless by Design

1. Configure Once

Go to Settings → Pivot. Drag Status to Rows, Assignee to Columns, Issue Key to Values. Save.

2. Run Your Query

Type your JQL (or pick from history!), click Search, switch to Pivot tab.

3. Click Anywhere

  • Specific cell: See that exact subset

  • Row total: See all issues in that row

  • Column total: See all issues in that column

  • Grand total: See everything

4. Export Instantly

Click "Copy as HTML" in the drill-down modal. Paste into email. Impress everyone.

The Cherry on Top: JQL History

Typing the same queries every day? We've got you covered.

Your recent JQL searches now appear as quick-access chips below the search bar. Click any chip to re-run that query instantly.

Perfect for:

  • Daily standup prep ("updated in last 24h")

  • Sprint reviews ("closed this sprint")

  • Recurring reports ("high priority, unassigned")

Your habits become shortcuts.

Why This Matters: Time is Money

Let's do the math:

Old Way: Building custom filters for stakeholder questions

  • 10-15 minutes per question

  • 3 questions per meeting

  • 2 meetings per week

  • = 1.5 hours weekly lost to manual data wrangling

New Way: Click → Review → Export

  • 10 seconds per question

  • = 30 seconds weekly

You just reclaimed 78 hours per year. What will you do with them?

Beyond Productivity: Better Decisions

Fast access to data isn't just about saving time. It's about making better decisions.

When you can investigate a spike in "Blocked" issues in seconds, you catch bottlenecks before they become disasters.

When you can share filtered subsets with your team instantly, everyone stays aligned and informed.

When your stakeholders see you click once and answer their complex questions, you become the person who just gets things.

Data becomes dialogue. Questions become clarity. Clicks become confidence.
